General Competition Terms & Conditions
1. The prize is a £100 gift card to spend in a store of the winners choice at Castlepoint Shopping Park. The competition will be open for two weeks closing 23.59pm on 10th June 2021.
2. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
3. One winner will be selected at random among the entrants and upon sign up to the Castlepoint Staff card. The winner selected must be able to prove they work at Castlepoint Shopping Park otherwise promoter reserves the right to pick another winner. This competition is only open to members of staff who work at Castlepoint Shopping Park currently and have been for 1 month or more.
4. The prize will be in a gift card form at the value of £100 and must be collected from Security at Castlepoint Shopping Park, no postal alternative will be available. The prize must be collected within a month of the prize being awarded. If the winner has not collected the prize within due term the promoter reserves the right to pick another winner.
5. The prize must be spent at Castlepoint Shopping Park.
6. The winner will be selected and contacted via the email address he/she has supplied. The promoter is not responsible for incorrect contact details supplied by the entrant.
7. The winner must will only be able to claim the prize if they have not won a previous competition run by Castlepoint Shopping Park.
8. The prize can only be awarded if the winner can present proof that they are currently are employed Castlepoint Shopping Park. Without this the prize will not be awarded.
9. By entering the promotions all entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions
10. The promoter is Castlepoint Shopping Park.
11. Promotions are only open to UK residents aged 16 or over working at Castlepoint shopping Park
12. Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Promoter recognises that their activities are governed by English Law and entrants recognise that the county or high courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
14. Promoter reserves the right to terminate or modify the promotions and/or Terms and Conditions at any time.
15. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (at its own discretion) if there are reasonable grounds.
16. Entrants should retain a copy of these terms and conditions.
17. The winner has to reply within 48 hours of being contacted by email or telephone or a new winner will be picked. The promotor takes no responsibility for incorrect detilas inputted by the entrant.

Staff Card Membership - Terms and Conditions
1. The Staff ID Card is issued to you for your own personal use and is not transferable. It must not be loaned or given to anyone else who is not staff at Castlepoint to receive any discounts. Impersonation of another member of staff by the use of their staff card would result in the staff card being cancelled and the member would no longer have the rights to enjoy the Castlepoint Staff Card discount benefits.
2. The Staff card must be deleted when requested by the store manager or Castlepoint centre management.
3. Our Staff Discount is available for all employees at Castlepoint who have completed 4 weeks’ continuous employment.
4. One can only claim staff discount with a valid Digital Staff Card in their name. Discounts can only be claimed in store by presenting your digital membership your Staff Discount Card at the till before the transaction begins. The staff card cannot be used online. each partners discount may differ in percentage depending on each partners terms. Please see our website and emails for the most up to date infomation on new partners/discounts.
5. Once registered and accepted into the Castlepoint Staff Card Membership you will receive your digital membership via email . It is the staff members responsibility to screenshot, save the pass into wallet or source this email in order to claim your discount. The digital card can be saved into your wallet of your smartphone (suitable for Apple and Androids). The staff card member will only receive this digital card once in the initial welcome and acceptance email. The staff card can be downloaded into both Apple and Andriods wallets features. This will be what you show to our partners to claim your discounts.
7. Members may be asked to show a second form of identifiation matching the name on the digital staff card.
8. The staff card will need to be reverified each year after signing up.

9. Each month staff card members will recieve an email with the latest news on upcoming partners, events and new discounts.

Entering the Castlepoint Staff Card raffle
1. Tickets are only available at the staff card event hosted by Castlepoint Shopping Park on Thursday 27th May 12am-2pm. All staff members that sign up to the competition will receive two free raffle tickets only. If a staff member wants additional raffle tickets these will be at a cost of 50p per ticket and payment will be required. The maximum number of tickets purchased is one hundred (£100) per draw.
2. Tickets are not to be sold to, sold by, or bought on behalf of anyone under 16 years of age. Any tickets bought by or on behalf of somebody under the age of 16 will be rejected from the draw and the money returned to them.
3. This raffle draw is only open to Castlepoint staff. The winners will be required to show proof of employment at Castlepoint Shopping Park matching another form of identification in order to receive their prize.
4. Payment for participation in the raffle can only be made by cash. We cannot accept vouchers, debit or credit cards or cheques.
5. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when the staff member signs up to the staff card.
6. Castlepoint Shopping Park accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost, damaged, illegible, or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
7. Any raffle ticket monies received after 2pm will be treated as a donation and the tickets will not be entered into the draw.
8. Castlepoint Shopping Park reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.
9. The prizes are as follows; £150 Costa gift card, £150 M&S; gift card and a £50 Robert Dyas gift card.
10. The winning raffle ticket will be announced on Facebook and contacted via the details they provided at the event. Participants must keep their raffle tickets in order to be chosen as a winner. The winners must contact back within 48 hours of the social media announcement/ email with proof of their raffle number, name and store they work at within Castlepoint in order to claim the prize otherwise another winner will be selected or the unclaimed prize will be held until the next raffle opens.
11. The prizes are not negotiable. The first ticket drawn will win the first prize, the second ticket drawn will win the second prize, and this will continue until all the prizes have been won. Winning raffle tickets will be drawn randomly.
12. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. The prizes will be collected from the Management Suite located in the lower deck of the car park below JD Sports. There is no alternative available and collection details will be sent directly to the winners within the announcement email.
