1. The purchase of an item from one of the following Stores: Clintons, Lakeland, M&S;, NEXT, New look, Burton, Superdrug, Boots, WH smiths during the period 1-29th of February 2020 at Castlepoint shopping park is a condition to enter the competition. 2. the participants need to keep the receipt as proof of their purchase until the draw has been made and the winner announced 3. Entry is between 1st and 29th of Feb 2020 4. Entry is via the competition landing page which is accessed via social media & Website 5. An overnight stay in one of the hotel’s relaxed rooms, complete with White Company toiletries and complimentary gin and sherry Breakfast with a view, A 60 minute treatment each at the hotel’s luxury HarSPA – with full use of the facilities , Use of the hotel’s very own kayaks and paddleboards, Dinner at the Upper Deck Bar & Restaurant 6. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available. 7. Prize must be redeemed within 30 days of award and according to the Hotels availability 8. Prize will be awarded via a draw to be held on the 2nd March 2020 9. Prize must be taken as stated 10. Prize will not be awarded to a person, who for any reason would not be allowed by law to purchase or use the prize. 11. Winner will be required to provide proof of identity and the receipt of the purchase which is showing the item purchased/shop/date 12. For promotional content a photo of you and your prize will be taken for social media and PR purposes. 13. This prize cannot be used for future/third party competitions. 14. The prize can be transferred to a second party provided written consent of the winner. 15. For two guests only, who must be 18 years or over 16. Must be booked at least seven days in advance, directly with the hotel 17.Must be redeemed within 12 months and is not valid during the Christmas & New Year period or on public holiday weekends, and is subject to availability of rooms 18. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer 19. Travel to and from the hotel is not included 20.Includes a one night stay in an inland room and includes dinner and breakfast 21. Dinner includes up to £27.50 per person towards an a la carte 22. Harbour Hotels reserve the right to withdraw the competition at any time.

1. By entering the promotions all entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions 2. The promoter is Castlepoint Shopping Park. 3. Promotions are only open to UK residents aged 16 or over, with the exception of employees and their families of Castlepoint 4. Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 5. Promoter recognises that their activities are governed by English Law and entrants recognise that the county or high courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. 6. Promoter reserves the right to terminate or modify the promotions and/or Terms and Conditions at any time. 7. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (at its own discretion) if there are reasonable grounds. 8. Entrants should retain a copy of these terms and conditions. 9. The Winner will be selected and contacted by the 2nd March 2020 via the contact he/she has supplied . 10. The winner has to reply within 2 days of being contacted by email or telephone or a new winner will be picked.
