Terms and Conditions – AW Fashion competition
1). Competition entry is by registering your information by 9am on the 29/10/2020. 2). There is one prize only in this competition, this consists of a £200 voucher, the winner will choose the store they would like the gift voucher for. However, it must be a store that is trading at Castlepoint Shopping Park. This gift voucher has to be redeemed in store. 3). This competition is open to all residents of the UK. 4. Entries must be received by 26th of October 2020. 5). A minimum of a £30 purchase must be done in; River Island, Topshop, Dorothy Perkins, Wallis or Evans and made between the 29th of September 2020 and the 26th of October 2020 in order to be able to enter the competition. You are required to keep hold of your receipt for this purchase and only upon exhibiting it the winner will be able to be awarded the prize. 6). By registering for this competition, the participant agrees to be photographed for promotional purposes whereby the photos may be used on social media. 7). Prize must be collected by the winner from Castlepoint Shopping Park management suite as advised.

Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into the competition. 5). Prizes must be taken as stated, there are no alternatives. 6). Promoter recognises that their activities are governed by English Law and entrants recognise that the county or high courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. 7). Promoter reserves the right to terminate or modify the promotions and/or Terms and Conditions at any time. 8). Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (at its own discretion) if there are reasonable grounds. 9). Entrants should retain their proof of expenditure and only upon exhibiting it the winner will be able to be awarded the prize.
