Why is there a four hour parking limit?

There has always been a 4-hour limit in place, but we are now enforcing this to ensure customers of Castlepoint can park easily and that this free service is not abused by those parking for free and heading off site.

Can I extend my stay?

You can enjoy up to fours free parking when visiting Castlepoint but if you wish to enjoy longer to shop or dine at Castlepoint you can visit the Management Suite below JD Sports to register your vehicle for an extended stay for the day.

Additionally, we have tablets located inside the M & S Café and Nando's where you can input your information to enjoy a longer stay.

Arriving by Motorcycle?

Motorcyclists visiting Castlepoint can park either in a designated bay or in a normal car park bay.

Been shopping and received a parking ticket for overstaying?

It is not our intention to fine our genuine customers so we have an agreement in place with the car park management company UKPC, that any appeal received which is supported with evidence of their shopping for the day of the ticket, i.e. Receipts or Bank Statements will have their parking charge cancelled.
