T&Cs; for Competition
1) Entry is by 9am 5th April 2023. 2) All entries can be made between 9am 14/03/23 & 9am 16/03/23. Entrants must be 16 or over. 4) The winner(s) will receive breakfast for 4 people at Eggham on Toast to the value up to £50 and no alternative cash prize will be given. 5) The winner of the competition must be able to pick up their prize from the shopping centre and will have three months to redeem.6). For multiple winning entries, one winner will be selected at random. General Terms & Conditions - All Competitions (of which instruction forms part) 1. By entering the promotions all entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions 2. The promoter is Two Rivers Centre. 3. Promotions are only open to UK residents aged 16 or over, with the exception of employees and their families of Two Rivers Centre, or any company involved in the administration of the promotion. 4. Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Two Rivers Centre and Eggham on Toast reserve the right to amend the prize at anytime 5. Promoter recognises that their activities are governed by English Law and entrants recognise that the county or high courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. 6. Promoter reserves the right to terminate or modify the promotions and/or Terms and Conditions at any time. 7. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (at its own discretion) if there are reasonable grounds. 8. Entrants should retain a copy of these terms and conditions. 9. The winners will be announced on the Two Rivers Centre Facebook page and will be contact via the email they provided.
