1. By entering the promotion all entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions 2. The promoter is The Chimes and the offer is not affiliated with any other promoter. 3. Entering is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over. 4. Promoter's decision is final in any circumstance. 5. Promoter recognises that their activities are governed by English Law and entrants recognise that the county or high courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. 6. Promoter reserves the right to terminate or modify the promotions and/or Terms and Conditions at any time. 7. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any subscriber (at its own discretion) if there are reasonable grounds. 8. The prize stated is £100 voucher to any retailer at The Chimes and free parking for a year. 9. The offer ends at 23:59pm on the 31st June. 10. Any participants who are unable to collect their prize before the 15th August will have their prize terminated. 11. The offer cannot be exchanged; no cash alternative can be offered. 12. The offer is subject to availability. 13. Subject to a delay to the offer redemption/offer alternatives may be provided at the discretion of the promoter. 14.
