Offer is open to residents of Republic of Ireland aged 16+, excluding employees and their families of Jervis Shopping Centre, their agents, stores, staff or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. Winners may be required to present valid ID (Driving Licence, Passport, Garda ID) prior to prize redemption. 2. Only original entry forms will be accepted. The prize is provided by Jervis Shopping Centre and SBARO and the prize consists of 12 full pizza claim. Up to 5 toppings max per Pizza. Value of each Pizza is €19.
