​Terms & Conditions for CastleCourt Student Night – HughesDrive Telematics Policy
By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all rules and guidelines.
1. Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to Northern Ireland residents aged 17 years and over and within Higher Education. 2. From the 1st – 26th September, CastleCourt will offer students the chance to enter the prize draw by entering their name and email address. 3. The offer will be accessed online via CastleCourt website and social media, and electronic email sign up during CastleCourt Student Night, from 5pm – 9pm on 26th September. 4. To enter the promotion, you must enter the details requested on the form and accept the terms that if you are the winner, your details will be shared with Hughes Insurance. 5. The winner of the prize draw will be eligible for a HughesDrive Telematics Insurance Policy up to the value of £2,000. If the insurance premium is more than £2,000, the difference must be paid in order to set up the policy. 6. The insurance policy will last for one year and once the policy is set up the prize winner must comply with the terms and conditions of the HughesDrive policy, which can be found here: https://www.hughesinsurance.co.uk/pdf/Telematics-Customer-Terms-Conditions.pdf 7. The winner of the prize draw must be the Policyholder on the HughesDrive policy. 8. In order to set up the insurance policy, the winner must go through our quote process and meet the eligible criteria for our panel of insurers to provider insurance cover. E.g. Must hold a full or provisional UK drivers licence. 9. The promotion can only be entered online via CastleCourt website and social media between the dates of September 1st – 26th, and during CastleCourt Student Night from 5pm – 9pm on 26th September. 10. The prize is not refundable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. 11. The Promoter of this promotion is Hughes Insurance Services Limited, Strangford House, 4 Jubilee Road, Newtownards, BT23 4WN. 12. The winner will be selected at random from all individuals who enter the competition. 13. If you are the winner we will contact you to notify you by Friday 4th October using the contact details you have provided. 14. The winner will have 12 months after being contacted to claim the prize and set up the policy. 15. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries. 16. We reserve the right to investigate entries for the possibility of cheating and tampering before the winner is announced. 17. If a winner is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded, and a new winner of the prize will be determined by the Promoter.
Collecting your personal data 18. We will only use collected personal data from the competition winner to contact them and notify that they have won and ensure we can set up their insurance policy prize. 19. The type of data we will collect from competition winners can include: ● Name ● Phone number ● Email address 20. We make sure we process and store the personal information of competition winners safely and securely.
Retaining data 21. We will not keep the data of competition winners for any longer than we need to. Any personal data collected for the prize promotion will handled by CastleCourt and adhere to their terms. Hughes Insurance and Navigator Blue will only hold the data for the competition winner and it will be used for administration only to ensure that the prize can be received.
Your rights 22. Competition winners have a number of legal rights related to what we do with their personal information. For example, they have the right to see any personal data we may hold about them and they can ask us to correct any inaccuracies. 23. When you participate in the promotion to a HughesDrive Telematics Insurance Policy, we ask you to actively consent to Hughes Insurance Services Limited using your data in relation to that prize promotion, but you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. 24. You also have a right to be forgotten in certain circumstances, which means you can ask us to delete or remove any information we hold on you.

General Terms & Conditions - All Competitions (of which instruction forms part)
1. By entering the promotions all entrants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions 2. The promoter is CastleCourt Shopping Centre, Belfast, Northern Ireland 3. Promotions are only open to UK residents aged 16 or over, with the exception of employees and their families of CastleCourt, or any company involved in the administration of the promotion. 4. Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 5. Promoter recognises that their activities are governed by Northern Ireland Law and entrants recognise that the county or high courts of Northern Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. 6. Promoter reserves the right to terminate or modify the promotions and/or Terms and Conditions at any time. 7. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (at its own discretion) if there are reasonable grounds. 8. Entrants should retain a copy of these terms and conditions. 9. The Winner/s will be announced within a week of the competition ending (across CastleCourt mediums) and contacted via mobile and/or email if they win.
