1.Offer is open to residents of Republic of Ireland aged 16+, excluding employees and their families of Jervis Shopping Centre, their agents, stores, staff or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. Winners may be required to present valid ID (Driving Licence, Passport, Garda ID) prior to prize redemption. 2. Only original entry forms will be accepted. Illegible, incomplete, or defaced entries will be declared null and void. 3. The name of the winner may be used in publicity materials. Winners may be required to participate in publicity photography. 4. Jervis Shopping Centre reserves the right to terminate or modify these terms and conditions at its absolute discretion at any time for to circumstances beyond its control. 5. Closing date for entry is 5th September 2022. The winner will be announced by 9th September 2022. 6. Prize is provided by Jervis Shopping Centre and the prize consists of a €500 Voucher from Jervis Shopping Centre. No cash alternative is available. There will be one winner in total. 7.
